Painted in 2008.
I've learned a lot since I painted this portrait... mainly, "don't over blend". I imagine that is something many artists struggle with, not to over work your paint and to know when something is finished. Maybe in another 10 years or so I'll get it right. Until then, I'm just going to keep trying.
